MTV has announced they’ve ordered up another 12 episodes of their hit reality show, Jersey Shore.

The original cast, Pauly Delvecchio, Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino, Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi, Jenni “J-WOWW” Farley, Sammi “Sweetheart” Giancola, Ronnie Margo and Vinny Guadagnino will all return for a second season this summer where they will all “escape the cold Northeast and find themselves in a new destination” for season 2, MTVrevealed in a statement.

”Our audience has fallen in love with Jersey Shore and its amazing cast who have really grown together as a family. That bond gives the show its heart, and we’re thrilled to reunite these friends to bring fans more of what they love — laughs, love, drama and of course, GTL.”

In case you’ve missed all the big hair, overly tan and fist pumpin action of the first season, MTV will broadcast a marathon of season 1 they are calling ‘The Jersey Bowl’ on February 7 at 9 a.m. EST, which will lead up to the Super Bowl.

Do you guys watch this show?  I will admit I’m a Reality TV buff, but this isn’t one that’s on my must see TV list.  I have seen a few episodes though and it’s pretty popular on MTV so they’re doing something right!

Mancrunch, a gay dating site where their logo is: Where many many many Men Come Out To Play,  submitted a 30 second commercial for the Superbowl where basically it shows guys watching a game together and as they reach for chips their hands touch and then they jump on each other and start making out.

CBS denied the spot in a statement to Mancrunch saying:

“CBS Standards and Practices has reviewed your proposed Super Bowl ad and concluded that the creative is not within the Network’s Broadcast Standards for Super Bowl Sunday.”

I’m sure CBS gets a fair amount of commercials submitted to them and have to deny quite a few, but this one will probably cause some drama.
